SI-8205NHD-TL Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. As long as its operating temperature is -30°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 200kHz~1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator.
