SI-8050TFE Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-220-5 Full Pack (Formed Leads) package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 8V as an input voltage. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1.5A. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 40V. An input voltage of 15V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
