SI-8050E Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a TO-220-5 Full Pack (Formed Leads) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Through Hole mounting bracket. Operating at -30°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 60kHz. Regulator 7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 7V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 600mA output current. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 40V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 10V is provided. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts.
