SI-8033SD Overview
optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -30°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 60kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 5.5V. The output current of 3A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 28V. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 15V. A voltage of 3.3V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. The output voltage for this switching regulator should be kept at 3.3V at least.
