SI-8008TM-TL Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a TO-252-6, DPak (5 Leads + Tab) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -20°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 300kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 1.5A. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 40V. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 24V volts.
