NR111E Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 350kHz. Input voltage 6.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
