BU4939FVE-TR Overview
It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-665 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 2.4V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. This power management system has 5 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 700mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. There is a 550nA supply current present in the power management. It is always advisable to use BU4939, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.58μA.
