BU4937F-TR Overview
There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. IC management is packaged as a SC-82 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a voltage supply of 2.4V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 700mV for this PMIC. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 7V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 550nA. It is always advisable to use BU4937, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. In order to operate this power management, it requires 2.5/5V volts of power. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.58μA.
