BU4936F-TR Overview
There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. There are SC-82 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.4V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, the power management has 4 pins in it. The pins of the power management system count 4. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 700mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. There is a 550nA supply current present in the power management. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU4936, the base power ics number. It is necessary to have 2.5/5V volts of power in order for this voltage supervisor to operate. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.58μA.
