BU4931FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-665 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When a supply voltage of 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 700mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 550nA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU4931, the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.4μA.
