BU4920F-TR Overview
It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. IC management is packaged as a SC-82 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Manage ics operate at 2.4V supply voltages. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 4. This power management has 4 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 700mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. This IC power should be powered by no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supply current of the power management is 550nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU4920, the base power ics number. The power management must be powered by 2.5/5V volts to function properly. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.05μA.
