BU4915F-TR Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. There are SC-82 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts IC management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. The pins of the power management system count 4. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 700mV volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 7V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. Supplied with a operating current of 550nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU4915, the base power ics number. In order to operate this power management, it requires 2.5/5V volts of power. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.05μA.
