BU4914F-TR Overview
There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-82 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts at a voltage of 2.4V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 700mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 7V volts in this IC management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The supply current of the power management is 550nA. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BU4914, which is the base power ics number. The power management must be powered by 2.5/5V volts to function properly. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.05μA.
