BU4911F-TR Overview
There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-82 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. A supply voltage of 2.4V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 700mV for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountYou should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The power management's supply current is 550nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU4911, the base power ics number. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 2.5/5V volts in order to work correctly. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 880nA.
