BU4842G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 700mV. There should be no more than 7V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 550nA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to BU48*, the base PMIC number. A maximum supply temperature of 1.58μA can be used.
