BU4820F-TR Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this IC management you will find 4-TSOP (0.049, 1.25mm Width) functions for you to refer to. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Manage ics operate at 2.4V supply voltages. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 700mV for this IC power. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 7V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 550nA volt supply current. It is always advisable to use BU48*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. To be able to work, this power management requires 2.5/5V volts of power. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.05μA at the most.
