BU46K404G-TL Overview
Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The IC power comes from the well-known BU46Kxxx series.
