BU46K302G-TL Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are 3 pins on the power managment ic. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 600mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6V volts in this PMIC. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a 2.3μA supply current present in the power management. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BU46K302, which is the base power ics number. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known BU46Kxxx series of products.
