BU45L472G-TL Overview
In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known BU45Lxxx series of products.
