BU45K422G-TL Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow.
