BU45K282G-TL Overview
In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BU45Kxxx series of products.
