BU4343G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.4V volt supply. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 5 pins. Pin count of the power management is 5. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 700mV for this PMIC. This IC power should be powered by no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole from this supervisor when it is operating. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU43*, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.75μA.
