BU4333G-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.4V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. This power management has 5 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 700mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BU43*, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature is 1.75μA.
