BU4248G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please find attached SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Manage ics operate at 2.4V supply voltages. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 700mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BU42*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.75μA.
