BU4245F-TR Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 4 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-82 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.4V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 700mV for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BU42*, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.75μA.
