BU4230FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-665 functions for your convenience. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 2.4V supply voltage, the power management conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. Pin count of the power management is 5. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 700mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 7V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 550nA is the recommended value. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to BU42*, the base PMIC number. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.75μA at the most.
