BU4228F-TR Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-82 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.4V volt supply. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 82 pins on the supervisor. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 700mV volts. There should be no more than 7V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. You can always use BU42*, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 1.75μA.
