BR24T256-WVP Overview
There is a memory type Non-Volatile for this type of device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. Embedded in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case, memory ics is a single file. A memory chip with a capacity of 256Kb 32K x 8 is used on this device. This device utilizes a EEPROM format memory which is of mainstream design. With an extended designed operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is capable of lots of demanding applications. A supply voltage of 1.6V~5.5V can be applied to it. It is recommended to mount it in the Through Hole mounting type. In the memory, there is a clock frequency rotation that ranges 400kHz.
