The file is embedded in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. There is 1Kb 128 x 8 of memory on the chip. There is a EEPROM-format memory used in this device, which is the memory format used by mainstream devices. Due to its wide operating temperature range, this device can be used in a wide variety of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 1.8V~5.5V. Its recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is important to note that the memory has a clock frequency rotation within the range of 100kHz. A package of 8 pins is used to protect this memory device. According to the datasheet, this memory chip operates at an operating voltage of 5V. Memory chips configured with Surface Mount mounting achieve high efficiency and simplicity. There must be at least an -40°C operating temperature for this device. It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 85°C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. If this part is to be used, the minimum supply voltage should not be less than 1.8V volts. There shall be a voltage limit of 5.5V for its operation. A frequency of 100kHz is used to process the data on this memory chip. In terms of speed, this memory can operate at a maximum frequency of 100kHz.
