There is a clock frequency rotation of the memory within a 400kHz range. A 8-pin package containing this memory device is used to house this device. Despite all its benefits, this memory chip also offers ALSO AVAILABLE 2.5-5.5V OPERATES WITH 0.1MHZ, SEATED HT-CALCULATED for improved system performance. There is only a single power supply required for this memory chip.
