BH67172NUX-GE2 Overview
For packaging, it is used with Cut Tape (CT).The board is mounted using Surface Mount.A transmission line can be terminated at a 10 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.For the operation of the H bridge, a voltage supply of 5V is used.A load is supplied with electricity by 5V.As a result of excessive costs, 150°C is the maximum operating temperature that can be tolerated.For reasons of cost minimization, the acceptable minimum operating temperature is -25°C.
