BD9E301EFJ-LBH2 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Cut Tape (CT) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 7V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. The output current of 2.5A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 36V. A regulator with this NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 24V. On the basis of 25.2V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily.
