This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. BD913* is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 2.5V volts.
