BD90302NUF-CE2 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. Its NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. The maximal operating temperature of voltage regulator should be less than or equal to 125°C. Adjusting voltage regulator should be possible to operate the machine at a temperature higher than -40°C. I would recommend this voltage regulator for use on a 5V volt supply, as it is suitable for this application.
