BD7679G-GTR Overview
An embedded ac to dc converter is included in SOT-23-6 package.In Cut Tape (CT) case, the ac dc converter is available.In this case, the AC/DC converter is mounted in the way of Surface Mount .For the ac dc converter to perform properly, it should be operated at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA °C.An analog IC of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER is employed in this AC DC converter.65kHz is the switching frequency.It can be used within the range of 8.5V~26V supply voltage (Vcc/Vdd).There have been 6 terminations of this program.Surface Mount is the recommended mounting method for the ac dc converters.Based on a unique technique, the input voltage can be ensured to have the maximal value of 26V .A maximum current of 1A may be supplied to the ac to dc inverter.
