BD5348FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 950mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 6.5V volts in this IC management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD53, the base power ics number.
