BD5333G-TR Overview

Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use BD53, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
