BD5332FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 950mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD53, the base power ics number.
