BD5257FVE-TR Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. In this PMIC, you can find SOT-665 functions for your reference. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 1.2V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. This power management has 5 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 950mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD52, the base power ics number. Supervisors from the well-known BD52xx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
