BD5253FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Voltage Detector line. In a 1.2V supply voltage, the power management conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. Pin count of the power management is 5. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 950mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6.5V volts in this PMIC. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use BD52, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. Located in the well-known BD52xx series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
