BD5251FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.2V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. Power managment ic pin count is 5. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 950mV for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to BD52, the base PMIC number. The IC power comes from the well-known BD52xx series.
