BD5241FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this PMIC, you can find SOT-665 functions for your reference. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. IC management conducts in a 1.2V-voltage supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. This power management has 5 pins. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 950mV. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is always advisable to use BD52, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. It is one of the well-known BD52xx series power ic line.
