BD5233G-TR Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. When 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 950mV for this power management. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to BD52, the base PMIC number. It is one of the well-known BD52xx series power ic line.
