BD5230G-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. A supply voltage of 1.2V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management has 5 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 950mV volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 950nA. In addition, IC management are other features such as [0], to mention only a few. It is always advisable to use BD52, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The IC power comes from the well-known BD52xx series.
