BD5225G-TR Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. As with other Voltage Detector products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. When 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. 5 pins are on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 950mV for this PMIC. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 950nA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by BD52. The IC power that you are looking at comes from our well-known BD52xx series product line.
