BD49L25G-TL Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is one of the well-known BD49Lxx series power ic line.
