BD49K47G-TL Overview

Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. The IC power comes from the well-known BD49Kxx series.
