BD4956G-TR Overview
Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. Pin count of the power management is 5. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of -300mV for this PMIC. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use BD49, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 1.98μA can be used. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BD49xxx series product line.
