BD4955G-TR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. The pins of the power management system count 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 900nA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD49, the base power ics number. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.98μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD49xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
