BD4953G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for you to refer to. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5.1V. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. This power management has 5 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than -300mV. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by BD49. This power management requires 4.9V power to work. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.98μA. The PMIC is a kind of the well-known BD49xxx series of products.
